Eco tuk-tuk and winery tour · Pickup in Šibenik
This 2 hour 30 minute tour rides an eco tuk-tuk up to Barone, St Michael's and St John's fortresses with entry included, then stops at the family-run Rak winery to taste Babić and Maraština. It is the fortress tour with a reward at the end, and guests rate the winery stop as the highlight.

This tour comes from the same eco tuk-tuk operator as the three fortresses tour, with an extra half hour for wine. After pickup at an agreed spot, you ride through town to the Dražen Petrović monument; the basketball star was born in Šibenik. Then the tuk-tuk climbs to the fortresses, with entry fees included: Barone, built in 1646, with its augmented-reality tour, St Michael's above the old town with its summer stage, and St John's on the northern hill.
Next is Rak winery, where you taste local wines made from native grapes: the red Babić, the white Maraština and Opolo, a rosé made from Babić. Guests describe a family-run place with a generous host, and some mention food on the table too. The way back runs through Poljana, Dolac and the Riva, and the tour ends with a short walk at the Cathedral of St James. The Cathedral of St James was built between 1431 and 1536 and consecrated in 1555, entirely of stone, with a frieze of 71 carved heads around the apses. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000.
The listing has 4.8 stars from 14 reviews, and guests name the guides Luka, Francis, Joseph and Vica. Bring comfortable shoes, a camera and water, as the listing asks. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

★★★★★As much as we like hills, this was a welcome break to climbing them all to the three fortresses in Sibenik. Eco Tuk Tuk made sure we had a convenient meeting point and Joseph was a wonderfully attentive guide. Our time at the local family run winery, Rak, was fabulous. Great wine, lovely food and a generous host.
★★★★★A really special and different way to experience Šibenik. The mix of city highlights, fortresses, and wine tasting made the tour feel complete, and the tuk-tuk was a fun and comfortable way to move around. Luka was great: patient, clear in his explanations, and very attentive throughout the tour.
★★★★★Our driver and guide Luka was great. Good local knowledge and gave plenty of time at each stop off. Big shout out to Rak vineyard, exceptional wines and hospitality.
★★★★★Excellent! Vica was very knowledgeable and catered to our wishes. Rac winery was delicious and wonderful! Great experience!
